On June 8, 2021, **** ***** of Moore Property Services started renovations on our home which he stated would take about 3 weeks, (however due to Covid an additional 12-16 weeks were added for material to be received to complete our renovations). To date not even 1/2 of the work has been completed. We were given a bid of $16,762.00. We have paid $18,000.00 on the bid with the last payment to pay for all of the remaining material to complete our renovations. **** Moore has told me our island countertop, sink, garbage disposal and shower door are in, but he has not brought any over to install. Also, the sheet rock, tape, mud, trim and paint are all in stock, but he hasn't come to complete that either. We also paid $1,500.00 which was payment in full for additional work on our utility room, which has not been completed. The utility room was left with an electrical outlet hanging out of the wall and needing final paint and trim. **** has emailed me, (I am attaching this information), several times saying he was coming but never showing up then when I ask him, he says something comes up but will be over. **** talks about other jobs, and starting on building 2 new homes, but it seems that now he has been paid for the materials and the work he doesn't have the time for our home which was supposed to be just "3 weeks" and it has been 8 months. **** has not put forth any effort whatsoever to complete his job that he has been FULLY paid for and keeps putting us off every time we reach out to him. I would like to resolve this by either having him complete the renovations for which he has been paid for or since he hasn't finished even half of the work, I would like to have half of my money back, so I can hire someone else to complete the work.Business response

This consumer has had numerous delays and add ons. He is currently on our schedule to complete the work. He is scheduled for either this Friday or the following Monday.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: This company did show up on Saturday to do some work, but said he would call me today to get the rest scheduled, he did not call me, nor has he answered my attempts to reach him to get the work scheduled. I have been given a too many excuses over the past year, I will not consider this resolved until all work has been completed.
