Pulled the huge box truck onto our lawn. Initially they were helpful. They were there to pack and move **. That"s why we paid them so much. Both my husband and I work full time and did not have the time or energy to move ourselves, They had a large enough space for most of our things but did not utilize it properly! It was taking these men so long to do nothing. I inished packing our vehicles and they managed to fill the truck as poorly as possible. I had taken our filled truck and kids to the new house. Had a from my husband telling me that they had gotten the huge moving van stuck in our yard. Had to call High ******************* to pull them out. For some reason they ended up leaving Huge ruts of course, smashing my daughters cemented handprint, busted a nice rain gauge, and damaged our personal lawn mower ramps, They were so Very lazy. Just stood around the majority of the time. Left behind half of our house items including some heavy furniture. Have been stopping by the trailer to pack and move nearly everyday after working all day. This is so unexceptable! Have tried to call the number used to contact them before and have left only my name and number. This needs to be rectified ASAP! Paid well over the original amount for half the work. The yard needs fixed and I want refunded for all the damage done and time wasted at our house! Paid a lot of money for nothing!!!!! They don't deserve the 1 star I had to give them.
