My family has lived in the area for several years and have tried about every fast food establishment here. We don't come to this location often, despite living right next to it due to the service and food quality. Every time we have gone, without fail, we are left waiting for over 30 minutes for just a couple of meals. As a fast food employee, I completely understand rushes and stress, so I have never snapped at anyone and I'm always patient and kind, no matter how frustrated I may be. I wish I could say I was met with the same kindness. That's beside the point though. My family's order is always messed up every time we have gone. We have several picky eaters, so we have a couple of plain burgers on our orders, but nothing insanely crazy or difficult. We receive our burgers with everything on them, cold fries, watered-down drinks, the list goes on. They also get extremely frustrated with us when we order through the mobile app (we budget so we can save money on fast food). The last few times we've been, we've all come down with some concerning bowel movement or extreme stomach aches for a day or two after (Mild food poisoning?). I don't typically leave reviews for things, but I just feel as though something needs to be done about this establishment. I am very grateful for those who work here who have met me with nothing but kindness and patience, and those who apologize for waiting. Once again, as a current fast food worker, I totally understand the rushes, but the snippy service all the time and the awful food quality is unacceptable. Please get it together McDonalds.
