Poor workmanship of lawn and sprinkler system install. Creating a large puddle of water that does not drain properly along with extremely poor quality workmanship on laying of SOD. Left several VM messages with no response. Since they don't honor their commitment and don't care about the quality of their work, I STRONGLY recommend against using their services.Business response

This man's lawn and landscaping is beautiful and he was very pleased with the work. His neighbors think so also. He is mad because I didn't want to work for him any more. I have been doing this for over 20 years and this is the first complaint I have ever had.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:It is one thing to not wanting to do business with the "new customer" but another to take their money and not stand behind their work. The unethical nature of this company's behavior is what I am warning others to be aware.
As my neighbor all said, "grass looks great". It is not the look of SOD that is the issue but the gaps in between the SOD and grading of the ground which causes pooling of the water that is the issue. Jeff, the owner. noticed this issue and already have tried to fix it once but no change in result. Two separate landscaping company have commented on this issue already and asked who did the work. Both have indicated that this needs to be redone! If two separate peer company is saying the same thing, I would think that this issue needs to be addressed. Like I said, please warn other potential customer of their unethical behavior. Stay FAR AWAY!!!
