The work was done in two days during the week of September 18th and completed before the 21st.Pic 1: incomplete crack repair and patch work.Pic 2: this area under the stoop (width of sidewalk) was filled w/cement w/o my permission. I asked him to remove the cement. He requested small stones for the patch work and I provided them. He did not use the stones for patch work. Instead it appears he scooped out some of the cement and in doing so smeared cement on the bricks. I found the bag of unused stones still on the stoop after he had gone.Pic 3: appears to be hastily done crack repair work, ie, sloppy. Also, whatever material he used hasn't yet blended in like I was promised. There remains a *****, unsightly contrast.Pic 4: example of some of the debris and trash left behind. Also included in this pic a piece of the stone work that was under the stoop. I found it in my front yard near the sidewalk.Pic 5: sidewalk was supposed to come away from the stoop with a 90 degree angle.Pic 6: broken corner.Pic 7: broken corner.Pic 8: messed up corner Not pictured, additional food wrappers, screws and styrofoam cup pieces left in my ************* smeared on my hose and hose handle. Also, how way too high above the ground the sidewalk was made. I did not ask for the sidewalk to be up to 4" above the ground. I can't easily run a lawnmower over the majority of the sidewalk. It seems to me that when decisions needed to be made for this project I wasnt included.

      Follow-up information:

9a, 9b, and 9c, appears smeared on with a finger.

10, shows sidewalk has uneven widths (I measured, pic was taken at an angle). At the time I pointed out that I thought this part of the sidewalk had something wrong with it and they kept putting their level on it and saying, Look, its level. Theres nothing wrong. Turns out this is not a 90 degree curved turn like I requested. And I believe its reasonable to assume a sidewalk would have the same width from one end to the other.

Im up to 3 plastic grocery bags of debris and still cleaning up so that the plants can be moved. When I first saw that the sidewalk was up to 4 above the ground I suggested I would move plants along the edge of the sidewalk so the problem wouldnt be so obvious. That would have been the time to tell me about the non-visible debris left behind just under the surface along the sidewalk. To be fair to Shigurl's Handywoman Service I was told the sidewalk had to be as high as it is because of how the sidewalk meets up against the stoop. Its code. Having the sidewalk up to 4 above the ground was their solution to meet code. But not a solution I would have chosen if given an opportunity to discuss.

FYI: I cancelled the payment check to Shigurls but I promised her I would pay whats fair. I am hoping BBB can help us come to a fair decision on payment.
