Well, first of all we should have checked this site out before even letting this company in our home. Our refrigerator was freezing on bottom of freezer. We have an ** with the freezer on the bottom. Called Appliance Repair Clinic, they had the cheapest come out price and will take that price off the total price if they fix the problem. He did a few things in the back of the frig and said that should do it. $300.00 later the problem came back. Called them again, hard to get a hold of, but finally came back again.By now we've figured, he doesn't know what he's doing, and we got scammed. Cause my husband was drilling him and he was saying the same thing over again which didn't even make sense. So he went on and on and said now it needs a part which cost more money. Why didn't you see this at the first $300.00. Anyway I squashed the conversation because it was going back and forth with no resolution. We ended up calling an ** technician and he came the same day, did his thing and we up and running for a about $190.00. Also, ** said it did not need a part. In conclusion, check these companies out first before you agree to let them look at anything that's not working in your home and don't call Appliance Repair Clinic.
