    Today I went into my local Subway to use the restroom. I have been patronizing this subway for 20+ years. I eat here on a regular despite the food not always being fresh I still support them because they struggle to keep the same owner and I frequent another business daily next door. Today the Store Manager or Store Owner was very rude and told me that I knew not to use the restroom its a sign on the door for employees only. I apologize to her immediately and stated I didnt see it and let her know I come over almost daily and told her my name. I asked could she make an exception she said very firmly no no exceptions and continued to get ignorant. I just told her ok Ill speak with maybe **** or **** to see if they make this exception for me because I have a bad bladder and when I have to go I got to go. I left. This store manager didnt stop there she came next door where I was and thats when I informed **** the store owner that this is who I just informed him about and could he please tell her to give me an exception to use the restroom. She shouted I the owner thats my **** store and just for that you cant come back in the store. She embarassed me inside Seans store and got really cocky and would not stop! Asking me who I thought I was and posturing indicating violence may occur. She left then she came back into the store again next door just like I thought because she really was planning on assaulting me because she wouldnt stop speaking on the issue and kep posturing. This is really sad all over the public bathroom Subway built for their customers. Why not just get a key or combination code for the customers that can eliminate whatever may have happened that made this store choose this angle. Not a good look especially for a re-occurring customer that frequents your store almost daily for 20 years and the entire staff excluding this lady has always been friendly and professionl. Smh
