When I got to the business to purchase the car I test drove the car and noticed that the care was not driving right, they were doing work on the car while I was there. I purchased a Cadillac escalade on 12/23/2022, I drove the truck home and the transmission went out on my truck. I called the business and informed them of the matter and stated that they sold me a lemon and there are lemon laws. the business owner stated that he did not sell me a lemon. Also, I signed paper work there is a thirty day warranty on the transmission and the engine. I text the business owner today 5am and the owner the responded at 1pm and stated that the transmission would be dropped off at the business, I informed the owner that I live a 1 and half away and the business that has the transmission closes at 5pm. Business owner has hung up on me and refuses to talk to me. I would like my money that I paid for this vehicle. I paid 7000.00 I gave him the opportunity to make this matter right.Business response

This purchase was made on December 23rd by the consumer. On the 24th, he called and said he was having trouble with the transmission. I reminded him that he had a 30 day warranty. The transmission was sent to a shop of his choice on the 27th. The shop was closed when the courier arrived. It was sent again on the 30th. Again they weren't there. The third time the owner of the shop refused the transmission. The customer had told him to do so. We told him that we couldn't guarantee the transmission that we didn't deliver.
