              I purchased 2 chairs. I was able to take one with me, but had to order the other one. At first they told me to expect it in August. I called in August and they told me that it would be here in December. Well I thought it would be here by Christmas, but it did not arrive until New Years Eve. We went to get the chair and they had it all boxed up, sitting outside. We took it home without opening it on the premises. When we got it home it turns out that it is not the chair that I ordered, it is not even the right fabric. the company is insisting that it is the one I ordered and will not refund my money or give me the opportunity to exchange it. This chair cost $1050.00 and they are saying that I am stuck with it.

              I called them to report a problem with the furniture and continued to call with no response. I guess they will wait for warranty to run out. Worse company and furniture I have owned. High Life sofa and loveseat.
