About a month ago the air conditioning unit at my home had gone out. We contacted this company to come out and fix the issue. Over about a week span, the company had sent out 4 different techs to look and work on the unit. From what we understood they did not have the part or what not needed to fully fix the issue, so they told us they could rig it to work temporarily until they could fully fix it. Now the company is not answering any of our calls or returning any of our messages. The unit is no longer working and now I am having to get in contact with another company to fix this because it seems like this company is just dodging our calls. We paid this company $550 and they just seem to not be wanting to finish the job.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: My home still is without proper air conditioning. This is unbelievable and absolutely ridiculous. I am still without the money spent, and the services this money's, funded. I am blown away by the lack of follow ups, and severe lack of communication. The money spent needs to be returned post haste, please. I need to get another, proper company, to help fix this ongoing issue. Any assistance in this matter, is greatly appreciated.
