Athena Marketing was to provide services for **** on ******** and Instagram, including the development of unlimited ads and campaigns and two posts per platform weekly for $800 per month. $600/month of the $800 was to be allocated toward ad spend.Athena Marketing posts were made between Aug. 22 and Oct. 26 which is just barely over 2 months. I have received conflicting start dates for the ***********************, ranging from July 28 to August 27, and varied end dates, creating uncertainty about the actual duration.I asked for actual expenditure of ad spend multiple times and conflicting responses were provided.A receipt from Meta reflects a total of $310.71. ****** claims an ad spend of $2,560.33. These discrepancies raise questions about the accuracy of billing. An email from ****** on December 11 states, "We spent around $480 on ads/month." This conflicting information further underscores the need for transparency and clarity in Athena Marketing's billing practices.The budget allocated for ad spend was $600 per month, and only $310.71 was expended in total, we respectfully request an explanation for the evident discrepancy. Additionally, the screenshot evidence provided by Athena Marketing, claiming an ad spend of $2,560.33, lacks clarity due to its partial view and the omission of account details, leaving uncertainty about whether this amount is associated with the **** account.Despite multiple requests, Athena Marketing failed to provide a clear breakdown of the ad spend, making it challenging to reconcile the amounts and understand the discrepancies. Inconsistencies in responses regarding the start and end dates of *********************** contribute to a lack of transparency.I have already paid Athena Marketing a total of $1,600, which I believe covers the agreed-upon services. Given the discrepancies in their performance and billing practices, I consider this amount sufficient and request a resolution without further invoicing.
