      Placed an order via the app. Ticket number 69. I get to drive thru she pulls my order. Get to window they cant find my order. I go in the store they take forever to find my order. Then things are wrong. Drinks wrong, side wrong. Everything wrong. At this point I am livid. I left to avoid confusion and confrontation. ***** gone to the trash

      We bought two Pop corn shrimp combos. After we get to the window they charged us an extra $1.00. on our order. They took it from us, We asked why. They said there computer wrongfully always charges everyone an extra $1.00 that they do not have mentioned on the menu, and they can't fix it. We asked for a refund, we don't want to pay an extra dollar for no reason. They said they do not do any refunds. We asked for a refund for our whole order that we had not got yet to be refunded then because be don't want to give away extra dollars. They said no, they never do refunds for any one for any reason. They took our extra $1.00 and would not refund it.

      August 6, 2022 Saturday at 12:02 PM we went to the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen at *************************************************************. We ordered 2 Popcorn shrimp combos. At the window they charged us and when we looked at the ticket they had charged us $1.00 extra. We asked why, they said the computer always up grades the drink and charges $1.00 extra to every one on the drink without letting them know. We asked for a refund, they said they do not do refunds. We told them we do not want our order and we want a refund. They said they never do refunds and would not give us our dollar back or our money back. Please advise what to do. They are rude and stealing extra money from the customers.

      I PUT IN A MOBILE ORDER WITH THE BUSINESS THE BUSINESS SAID MY ORDER WOULD BE READY WHEN I ARRIVE. ARRIVED AT THE BUSINESS WENT INSIDE TO RETRIEVE MY ORDER WHITCH WAS 2 ORDERS OF POPCORN SHRIMP THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT HAVE SHRIMP AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY SO I ASKED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO MANAGER PRESENT AND THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. I WENT ONLINE WITH POPEYES I SENT THEM A COPY OF MY RECEIPT AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED AND ASSOCIATE OF POPEYE E-MAILED ME BACK WANTING INFORMATION OF MY ORDER I GAVE HER ALL THE INFORNATION SHE ASKED FOR AND HAVE BEEN SENDING E-MAILS EVER SINCE BUT I GET NO RESPONSE LAST E-MAIL I SENT I SAID I WILL CONTACT THE BBB AND SEE IF THEY CAN HELP ME RESOLVE THIS SIMPLE ISSUE AND STILL NO RESPONSE.
