On May,26,2022 I took my vehicle in at Lube It or Lose It for a vehicle inspection after inspection I was informed that I need a Catalytic converter so I proceeded to get the service done the mechanic told me one price before hand then told me a totally different price once job was completed I noticed my service engine light came on explained to mechanic that my service engine light was on then the mechanic stated that it was a oxygen sensor lower bank which connects to the Catalytic converter which I don’t understand why wouldn’t that be repaired seeing that you repairing the Catalytic converter. The owner and the employees are very rude and disrespectful treat customers badly. I would like a full refund of my services because they can’t seem to figure out how to fix a problem and a complete headache I paid $790 and my vehicle has a service engine light on.

On May 25th 2022, a complaint customer brought her car (2010 Chevy HHR) for Missouri vehicle safety inspection.
After we inspected her car carefully with a highway patrol mechanic inspector, he found three unsafe items as fallow:
1- Left front tire unsafe (warn out),
Major exhaust leak, 'eaks carbon mono oxide to driver compartment due to clogged catalytic converter (check engine light was on due to driving the car with major exhaust leak for a long time damaging lots of wires and oxygen sensors),
3- Rear Brake light not working,
After explaining clearly these problems to the customer, she authorized us to repair it by instatling a good tire , repair the wiring for the brake lights, and replacing an exhaust catalytic converter assembly with new OEM to stop the exhaust leak.
We ådVised the Customer to change the two damaged oxygen sensors connected to the old catalytic convertors to   cleär the check engine light but the customer(Latrice) declined,
We repaired 3 safety problems and made sure it's safe to drivé. (We were so reasonable with prices $790 repairing three items include inspection fee) to make her happy, and gave her the approval of inspection certificate. The-very next day she starts to complain about check engine. (We advised here about the 2 bad oxygen sensors before), she tried to tell us that the new OEM exhaust assembly is not good.
We informed her if you think this is bad we more than happy to replace it under warranty with no charge, she said  we order another new exhaust assembly. She never showed up to change that, we tried to contact her to bring the car back to change that item with änswer.
We think that the customer is trying to take advantage of us by asking for a full refund for the repair we already done on her car for the three safety Items, and she knows that the car runs„perfect and safe,
WE STAND BEHIND OUR WORK, In the same time we will not allow for anybody to take advantage of us. She more  than welcome to come back to us and we will inspect the exhuast system anything does not meet thé safety requirement, we will replace it again under warranty, which is in our opinion everything is new and the vehicle runs good and safe,
Note: we never been rude to her or any other customer (there is no reason for that) and we really watch our customer services carefully, we never had any complain before,
