I can't get my money back from universe silver. The courtyard hotel put a hold for $69.00 a week ago and I was supposed to get my money back on my card and it not on their yet WHY Can't get to talk to nobody

Please do not do business with this bank. Our taxes was deposited on March 9 rejected they still cant find our taxes. Fighting with tax lady (which shes no where to be found ) along with both banks no one has answersCentral Bank of Kansas City Response

**************, We reviewed your comment and have concluded that no deposits were ever received on your CARD.com **** Prepaid Card issued by Central Bank of Kansas City since you created the account in July 2019. In fact the account has never been used. Please contact the originator of the deposit to have them provide you a trace # as to where the funds were sent. If you think there is an issue with tax preparer, we suggest filing a complaint with that person or entity. We wish you the best in resolving the issue.
