On Jan 3, 2023 I purchased a single item, teeth whitener for $23.99. I just noticed April 1, 2023, I had a charge of $29.97 on my credit card, however I had zero balance on this card. I called American Express and they informed me this is a reoccurring charge. I had no idea what this charge was for. After further looking, I was charged Jan, Feb and March 2023 for $29.97 each month. GlamaGirls stated I was suppose to UNCHECK some box to opt out of their subscription. They could not refund my Jan & Feb $29.97 because its been over 30 days. I told them my order did not say I had subscription it only shows $23.99 for teeth whitener. The subscription gives you nothing, no guidance, no follow up or pointer, or communication.Business response

No worries, we just went ahead and stopped the membership, refunded you, and you will not be billed or charged every month.

In February I bought a product from this company. Unbeknownst to me they automatically signed me up for some membership which they have been charging me for the past several months. I have reached out to this company to try to cancel this membership with no response. Additionally in their terms and services they say that they will notify the member of the upcoming bill. I have received no such notifications for this. Additionally they changed their name from glamor girls to glamma gals. Attached are several attempts that I have made to contact them. A screen shot of the terms and services as well as photos of my email showing I’ve received no notifications that I have the membership charge. As well as a photo of some emails where I was trying to contact them and activate my unknown account to try to cancel my membership. There is no membership cancellation ability online.Business response
