While at this establishment on 7/13/23 after 8pm when I arrived to the Englewood location in Kansas City, MO with my grandson who is 14, we chose to each get a 90 minute wristband pass and a &20 card credit for playing in the arcade. We had been looking forward to riding the Go Carts and rode the first time without incident and had fun. We went back immediately to ride again and at this time there was a staff change. We started riding our Go Karts and there were a group of about 6 teenagers, both male and female who caused the staff to stop all karts at least 7 times due to a group mainly out of that group of teens. It was approximately 3-4 male teen members of this group that were driving recklessly and operating each of their Go Karts in ways such as blocking other Go Kart drivers and slamming on their brakes, bumping into multiple cars and being encouraged by some of the other group teen members. They were bumping other people not with their group and because of their irrational driving and game playing caused my grandson and another female adult driver who had her young daughter next to her as a passenger wreck and myself slamming on my brake to try not to hit them as well. Took time to go check on them, check for injury, speak to the group of teens AGAIN and at this point I was concerned not just for myself, my grandson but the other patrons on the track but the ride was halted after this. Then the group got out of their cars laughing like it was all a joke and went to the laser tag area. I discussed the situation with the staff as my grandson and I wanted to Go Karts again since the group of teens had left this area. The last time my grandson were going to go ride the Go Karts for the last time as we only had approximately 30 minutes to enjoy other activities. However, my grandson and I were the only ones in line initially and went to get into our karts when all of the same group of teens walked up and I let the staff know that I did NOT feel safe.Out of space..
