I had gone to the chiropractor in March of 2022. I had provided them with my primary and secondary insurance which covers chiropractic care 100%. While waiting on MRI results so to resume chiropractic care I received a bill from restore Muscle & Joint for $24.27 Since they accepted both of my insurances, they are not allowed to balance bill what insurance doesn't cover. I contacted their office and was told that the bill was correct. So, I proceeded to write a review on ****** about the event and left a low rating. The company responded to the review, writing a response telling me there was an issue with my insurance company and that the bill was sent to me by mistake and that I don't have a balance due. The company then called me and requested I delete the review. I refused since I leave reviews based on my experiences so customers can be aware if they have similar insurance. Restore Muscle and Joint then tells me the bill is valid and I need to pay. Obviously retaliation for not removing the ****** review.

****** came into our office on March 25. ****** presented his two insurance cards. As always we call to verify benefits before any treatments are done. We were told over the phone that there was no copay for the visit. Unfortunately, when you do insurance verifications it states that this is not a guarantee of benefits. The insurance processed his first visit and patient responsibility came back at $24.27. We sent ****** the statement and he proceeded to write a bad review about us before we ever got to speak with him. When we saw the bad review we proceeded to call him. We told him we called the insurance company and they told us they processed it appropriately but they had told us differently. The Insurance company said they would call him to inform him that we processed it as we were told. We informed him we would honor what we told him and write off his balance that he owed us. We kindly asked that he take down the review since the whole situation was a misunderstanding. He proceeded to hang up on us and then filed a BBB complaint. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what we can do to make him happy.
