Called this cleaning company 3/15/22 and booked a house cleaning for 5/4/22 in amount of 599.00 not to be charged until cleaning completed and carpet cleaning for 5/522 would be estimated before job, rep asked for a credit card to keep on file and stated would not use it at all just hold for date of service, asked for credit card number. Exp date and 3 number pin on back of card, rep identified herself as *********, the next day 3/16/22 there were 3 withdrawals in succession for 599.00 ea. Called 3/18/22 spoke with *********, she said some kind of problem with billing and would refer concern to billing and said when she had a problem like this she filed a dispute of charges with bank. Subsequent calls 3/21 and 3/22 . Now when I call just get answering machine probably identified by caller id on their phoneInitial Complaint

I authorized a charge for 299.00 for services. They were to clean my home as I was moving out. When I came to do the walk through with my landlord? the home was still very dirty. Cabinets were dirty, spiderwebs on the walls, dirty carpets and dust in ceiling fans. My landlord asked that I call them so myself and my landlord called them and my landlord spoke to them telling them that the cleaning was the worst he had ever seen. They then refunded me 299.00 and advised my landlord that they would come back and finish the job. The next day they charged me again and this time it was an unauthorized charge in the amount of 350.00. They also did not come back and finish the cleaning. In addition? theft occurred. The cleaners stole my LED lights from my walls tearing the paint around the entire room. They also stole my vacuum cleaner and my carpet steam cleaner. When I called them about the 350.00 charge I was told that the owner/manager was going to call me but she never did. Also when I called I asked why I was charged again and they told me that they weren?t supposed to refund me and that the amount came out of that employee?s paycheck. I continue to call but no one will return my calls.
