      Received email from company about a sale. Went to website and ordered dog collars and leashes. Price on website was 0.00. I ordered 2 of each colors. I received an email stating my order had been processed and was charged 6.95 for shipping. Approximately an hr later I received another email stating that my order had be cancelled per my request. I did not request. I tried to contact the company but was told to leave my name and number. Did not get a callback so the next day I called and again I was told someone would call me back. I did not receive a callback but did get an email stating that there was an error on the pricing and since I did not order any other product they cancelled my order and will not ship the items to me. I responded to email stating I am not responsible for any error they may have made with the pricing and I just wanted to receive the items I ordered and have the operation manager contact me so we could discuss the issue. Still no call back or response to my email. I know of one person who received their items that were priced incorrectly. Seems that they are being selective on who’s order they allow to be processed. I am also under the impression that once they take money from my account that we have in fact entered into an actual contract and they have broken such contract and well as stating that I cancelled the order which is in fact a lie.

      We recently received a letter from the BBB notifying us of a customer (***** *****) that took issue with orders he had placed. At Charlie Hustle, we prioritize the customer and our mission is to Evoke Happiness.

      While we respect ******* interpretations of the events, we would like to provide full details in an effort to resolve the BBB complaint. So, here is information from our side, and we're happy to answer any questions you or others at the BBB might have:
      On July 27, ***** ***** placed the following five (5) orders:
      ****** at 1:30 7/27 for 16 dog collars/leashes
      ****** at 1:57 7/27 for 27 dog collars
      ****** at 1:52 7/27 for 34 dog collars/ leashes
      ****** at 1:44 7/27 for 170 dog collars/leashes
      ****** at 1:32 7/27  for 13 dog collars/leashes
      These orders totaled 260 items for $6,700 worth of product.
      Our inventory management system had a glitch that incorrectly marked the products at $0 for a 5 minute period. So, ******* orders were all for just shipping charges. Orders attached on ******************
      Attached is the email communication between our Fulfillment Director and ***** (***** *****.pdf).
      As a small business we strive for perfection. Unfortunately, the glitch was out of our control but quickly corrected. Additionally, we have verbiage on our website that clearly states the order process that protects us from such errors (HERE).
      All to say, Mr. ******* attempts were opportunistic and, we believe, his account of the events to BBB were misleading. If you require more information or need anything else, please let us know.
