The owner ***** and I had a contract for Deck work where there were multiple payments made to him via ****** and Checks for work that has to date not been completed. ***** has at this point stopped communicating and answering calls stating he is currently under going health issues, in addition prior to the ceased calls failed to keep scheduled appointments with me to reimburse money paid. As a retiree veteran we entrusted him to complete work that he has yet to do or to refund all money paid to him for material and work.Initial Complaint

WE ASKED THE OWNER OF HOUSES II HOMES LLC TO UPDATE OUR KITCHEN. HE ASKED US $3500.00 TO DO THE KITCHEN TOOK OUR MONEY STARTED AND THEN SLOWLY STARTED SLOWING DOWN AND THEN NOT COMING AT ALL. WE CALL WE TEXT HE PROMISE TO COME THE NEXT DAY THEN NEVER SHOW UP. HE BROKE OUT NEW COUNTERTOPS AND PROMISED TO PAY THE MONEY TO REPLACE IT AND NEVER DID. ALL WE WANT IS OUR MONEY BACK SO WE CAN FINISH OUR KITCHENInitial Complaint

On 01/26/2022, I contacted ***** ********** via email requesting an estimate on replacing countertops and backsplash in our kitchen. ********** came to our house and we agreed on a budget of $2,200 for the job. ********** requesting an upfront payment of $1,400 in order to acquire the materials for the job. I paid him through ***** to a business account @****************. ********** said he would come to start the job multiple times but provided an excuse each time as to why he couldn’t do it. After one of the days he said he would do the entire job he said he needed $400 more to acquire the backsplash tiles we wanted. We again paid him through his business ***** account. After the payment he said he would come complete his project the following Monday. Monday arrived and he provided another excuse. After this he ceased all communication and eventually blocked my number. He would not answer calls from my wife’s number either. ********** never completed any work we agreed to and he was paid for. We want all of our $1,800 back and for this business to be reported as fraudulent.
