              I hired this company to clean and repair a shower in the master bath. The estimate was $775 which I paid upon completion of the work. Afterwards a problem developed with the toilet plumbing which I.tried to resolve myself. I was unable to fix the problem so I hired **** ****** to fix it. They had to use specialized equipment to clean the blockage and discovered it was a toothbrush that had been flushed. I only have an electric toothbrush so I was at a loss to explain how it got into my house much less into the toilet. Since the workers were the only people in my house I contacted them to see if a toothbrush was something they used in their work. They confirmed it was and advised me to throw it away. At that point I advised them of the problem the toothbrush caused and asked them to reimburse the $232 I had paid to **** ******. They requested a copy of the receipt which I sent and the address where they could send their payment. It has been over 30 days (see attached emails) and they have not refunded the costs of the repair. They have not returned phone calls or emails requesting payment.
