      on 03/04/24 i purchased a Rifle, optic, and ammo in full for 856.56. and its now 5/23 and still haven't received any of my products, they wont respond to me at all. and this seems to be a pattern from them. I just want what i bought or i want my money back so i can go somewhere else.

      I had planned to buy a new firearm on January 20, 2024, and being new to the area, I looked up local gun stores and found Apex Armory not far from my house. When I went in the store, they did not have my firearm on hand; so ******* ordered a Glock 34 9mm for me which I paid in full 771.74 and signed a small paragraph contract stating time frames are subject to change. During this process, ******* stated the firearm would arrive no later than 2 weeks. After 3 weeks of not hearing any updates from the Apex Armory, I decided to call them and was told it was "showing shipped" and should be in likely by the following week. This same process continued for the next couple weeks until week 7 when I was put in contact with the owner. *****, the owner, had explained to me that he had talked to one of the head managers at ***** Manufacturing Plant. He said the company was backed up due to a high demand order from the *** **** Police Department. He assured me the firearm would arrive by Wednesday the following week and he would call me Thursday March 7th. Directly after this phone call, I called ***** to see if the item was ordered. They alluded to ******* *** **** Police story being the most ridiculous thing the manager heard in awhile after working for the company for 18 years After not hearing anything from Apex again the week of March 7th, when I was “assured” it would be in, I called back again. By week 8, I was given every excuse under the sun from: *** hasn't delivered anything in weeks to they were unable to make billion dollar companies deliver faster now the delivery companies. By this point, I’m at 9 weeks waiting on my firearm. I asked for refund, and ***** said if the firearm did not come in by the following week 10, he would issue a refund. I called the following Friday and the firearm still did not arrive. I have a refunded receipt for the $771.74 but no money.

      This person filled a dispute with his bank and they have already pullled the money from our account. So because he filled this dispute he will have to speak to his bank not us.

      I paid $2176.98 for two firearms to be delivered in two weeks that was in Sept. I have asked for a refund and I have been promised a refund. Owner avoids phone calls. I have seen reviews were he has done the same thing. Owner has lied over and over about him sending my money but it never happens. I am requesting a refund in the amount of $2176.98

      I have proof that he requested a refund asked for the check to be sent priority mail. Once he got tracking info for check he also disputed the charge on his card so he could get twice the refund. When confronted about this he said that he intentionally tried to double down on refund due to the fact that I was a dirty m Mexican. I also have a recording of that conversation. I have a copy of the check he cashed and the dispute he filed with his card. I also have a signed contract with him for the order that states no refunds but we went ahead and gave him one in good faith. Now his family and him keep making complaints and bad reviews about myself and my business. I also have copies of that. We are pressing charges for the purposely double refund and we are going to pursue civil legal action for the defamation and slander for both myself and business.

      On Jan 2 2024 my case against Apex Armory was heard, the judge ruled in my favor and a judgement was issued against Apex Armory

      On September 1st, 2023 I went to Apex Armory to buy a firearm. The "owner" ***** ********* was the one helping me. He did not have the firearm in stock so he had to order it. I was told the firearm would be in 2 weeks from the date of purchase. The firearm was purchased in full in cash. I went to the business a couple times to check to see if it had been shipped. I was told that Fedex has the firearm, its in KC but they will not deliver it for some reason. I went back up to the business on 11/1/2023 to where I found a note on the front door saying they were closed until 11/15/2023 for being out of town. On the 14th I received a email from one of the workers saying they will not be open on the 15th due to another issue. I went back up to the store on 11/22/2023 and they were closed again but the hours on the door and online said they were open. I went back to the store on 11/29/2023 at around 4:50 and they were closed again. I txt the business line and asked if someone could explain to me why they are closed. He called me and said there was a death in the family. I stated that was unfortunate but its been three months and I have not received my money back or my product. We got into a shouting match to where he was very condensending and was calling me names. I also was yelling back but I'm the customer, i'm the one out money and or product. *** ********* said I was tresspassed from the store (where I don't know how you can tresspass me while in possession of my money or product) and he would mail me a check minus a restocking fee. I asked how can you charge me a restocking fee without the product to restock. I feel like this business has stolen my money and per the google reviews I'm not the only one this has happened to.

      On February of this year I purchased a firearm from apex armory, it has been 9 months and I have not received my firearm and I have been ignored for months at a time. See attached emails. Blatantly ignored months at a time and I feel like this company stole my money.

      This was a special order item. Customer claims to have been contacting us with no response but the only times we have been contacted we have responded.

      The store finally tried to initiate a return on 5 December. 

      It has been 21 days and I still have not received my refund. 

      I also bought and found the gun at a different store in less than 7 days. 

      I had to pay more because it’s been 10plus months, I would just like my refund but even that is taking longer than any store I have ever worked with.

      On 4/1/23 I purchased a handgun from Apex and was told that in two weeks I could pick it up. I been trying to pick it up on several occasions to only be told that ***** has not delivered the package yet, every time I speak with someone it’s the same thing “***** said that it’s out for delivery, and I was also told that if needed they would contact their lawyers well that hasn’t happened yet. They have a no return on special orders but how long do I have to wait?
