      Customer response

      05/17/2024

Absolutely no contact from JL Home Solutions since my last email contact stating he was going to bring the funds over after he calculated his labor for his time. The only thing JL home Solutions did was very poorly and in properly installed seven 4x8 sheets of sheetrock and did not complete the gutting of all the sheetrock. Absolutely nothing else was done very few hours spent in the property and disposal of the getting they did do was done by the Contractee owner of the property all materials were paid for by the contractee owner of the property.

I have received two phone calls from JL Home Solutions brother ******* asking for information about what I was doing about the claim.

As of the date the claim was submitted to BBB I have responded with two emails one phone call no answer and whatsoever no return phone call or response from emails.
