my name is **** , and I would like to report a contractor that I hired by the name of **** ****** he is the executive director of ************ ******. On 3/6/22 **** ****** and I signed a bidding contract for the renovation of my investment property located at **** ************* *** ****** ***** ** ***** . According to the contract that **** ****** and I agreed to the work would take approximately 6-8 weeks if weather permitted which there wasn’t any severe weather conditions that would prevent the project from getting completed. It’s been 3 months now since I signed the contract going to towards 4 months, on 06/13/22 I called Mr **** ****** at approximately 1:24pm and no answer so I sent him a text message stated “Mr ****, I would like to get all my receipts and the report on the portions of work that you have done I’ll get the house done myself, it’s been 3 months now and I’m still in limbo mood, thank you for your business And also needed a signature of the cancellation of the work project What’s the code to the door “ Mr ****** response was “I just back in town late last night. You have all of the receipts that I have, but you can have my copies as well. I 4got the door code, u just got 2 cut it off. I will still help u pull ur permits (if needed), that should save u time & money.” ****: “What time can I meet you at your office ” **** ******: “Sounds good. Anytime between 11 & 3.” **** : Ok I’ll be there at 11“ ****: “ 30 minutes eta “ ****: “Better yet, I can just meet you over at the job site, on 38th St. (same 11 o'clock time)” **** : “Ok I’ll be there “ ****: “ I’m here “ ****: “What’s your eta ?” At approximately 11:20am **** ****** shouted up and handed me the receipts and proceeded to walk away right after I pointed out to him that I would like the remaining balance of the down payment that I gave him , he was being stubborn and disrespectful
