      i paid this company $390.00 in october of 2021 for holiday light setup by christmas and removal to occur in january on 2022. it is now almost may and they will not answer the phone or return my texts/calls to remove their lights from my home. my neighborhood association is now threatening to fine me for their failure to remove the lights

      Company advertised an Early Bird Special - if payment for Christmas light installation was made by 9/1, they guaranteed lights installed by 11/15. I paid $482.40 on August 8th (company sent email confirmation of receipt). After lights were not installed in accordance with guarantee, I requested my lights back for install by another vendor and requested a refund. On November 29 Company agreed to refund my payment via Venmo. I sent a payment request via ***** multiple times as well as follow up texts on December 3, December 6, December 8, and December 23. To date our refund has not been received. No services had ever been rendered by this company.

      On 11/9/2021, I paid Invoice # *******, to ****** *****, in the amount of $375, via *****, to hang Christmas lights on my home. I used this company last year (Christmas of 2020) and they did in fact hang lights and removed them shortly after New Year's 2021. They never installed my lights for this year (Christmas of 2021). I emailed and texted them several times. Only after posting negative reviews on ****** and ****, did I hear back from them on 12/14/2021. They claimed I did not pay them. I sent them a screenshot of my ***** payment; they acknowledged my payment and then offered to quickly hang my lights (this year) and do it again next year, free of charge (free for next year only). I let them know it was simply too late and I wanted a refund. They agreed to refund me and have not done so. I have texted back letting them know and still no refund.

      We purchased an early bird special for Christmas lights to be installed on our house. We sent money via ***** to ****** ***** the owner on Aug. 18, 2021. The amount was $403.75. We were told lights would be installed no later than Nov. 15. We’ve emailed multiple times. Called. Texted and we get absolutely no response. We used him last year and bought the Christmas lights for our house which was $250.00. There are 4 other complaints on his fb page with people all saying the same story. They purchased the early bird special and no one can get ahold of the owner to find out when they will be getting their lights installed.
