              Does not seem to care about faulty products. Windshield weatherstrip cracked and split after 5 days in sunlight. Left a positive 5 star review for another product on the same invoice and a 1 star negative review on the weatherstrip. They removed the 1 star and left the 5 star on their website.

              We were never contacted by this customer on the issue he was having with the weatherstrip. He did not call or send an email, he only left the review on our website. I reached out to him earlier this week and we are shipping him a replacement weatherstrip at no additional cost to him. I explained it is always best to call or email us on any problem on any of our products. We have been in business for over 40 years and take pride in the products we sell and our customer service.

              Did not contact them as I did not request a replacement . My concern was they removed the 1 star review. The review was correct as the product was bad . I am sure a replacement would have been sent had I requested one.
