    A customer reported paying $300 for an item and paying for expedited shipping, only to be told the item was out-of-stock. She e-mailed the company for months and was told the item would soon be in stock. The item was still advertised on their website during this time. After five months had passed, she e-mailed the company and expressed her displeasure. She received a reply that said the item was in stock but the company was cancelling her order because she had threatened the company. Another customer reported receiving the wrong order, and when they returned the incorrect order, they were charged for shipping and they were charged a 25% restocking fee. Another customer also reported receiving the wrong item, and when he contacted the company, he received no response. He wrote a bad review on their website but when he checked it, his review had been posted as a five-star review. Another customer reported returning an item he had bought, and though he e-mailed the company for weeks, he received no response. The company responded over a month later and said the customer was not eligible for a refund--the 30-day refund period had passed. Another customer reported buying an item that was defective. When they contacted the company about getting a replacement item, they were informed that if a company technician found the item defective, the company would refund 75% of the item's cost. They were also informed that few tested items are found defective. The company suggested the customer buy the item from them again. 

    The BBB forwarded each of the 44 complaints to the business, but the business did not respond to any of them. However, the business did respond to the BBB's request for a written response outlining how the business would prevent similar complaints from occurring the future.

      I bought a iPad replacement screen. I went with this company because of the lifetime warranty. I received the screen in the mail connected per their instruction to test to make sure it works before completing the install. When I connected it had grey lines and would not do anything. They said to mail it back. Which I did in the same condition I received. When they finally got back to me they said when they received it was damaged and would not issue a refund even though it was sent back in same condition as I received.

      I ordered Samsung Galaxy S6 Digitizer LCD Replacement Screen Assembly-Gold/** ******** ******* ***** * ****** from Digital Supply USA on Sept.5th. I think they were out of Texas but not sure. They said it would take 14 to 28 business days but after about 2weeks they e-mailed me on how i was enjoying it. I filled out their review as horrible since I never got it. I have tried calling with no luck and have e-mailed them several times without any reply. I originally used ****************** but I seem to be locked out of that with no help from ATT. I put that in my e-mail also that it was changed to ****************. also they say you can track your order on Shopify which I did and it just said shipped but now it doesn't even show up. I did contact my credit card company and they will try to resolve it. Wish I had checked with BBB first before I ordered from this company. now I know to check with BBB before I deal with a company.       The first disappointment came from the lack of communication regarding shipping info. I paid extra for 1-3 day delivery but didn’t receive my parts for 7 days. After the extended wait, I unpacked everything I realized I ordered parts for an S7 edge, but my phone was a regular S7. This was my own fault, so I reached out to Digital Supply via phone and I was told to email them regarding the mistake and that returning new uninstalled parts was simple and 100% refundable, less any shipping charges. I email the company and obtain an RMA and instruction for the return. Nothing but crickets from Digital Supply regarding my return and the refund of approximately $135 in parts. After 14 days and two follow up emails, which included my tracking info and proof of delivery to them, I finally got a response. The next day I receive a refund, of $9.97, not the $135 I am owed. I have been attempting to resolve this matter with Digital Supply and PayPal(I pd using PayPal balance)for far too long. DONE

      ***** *******. Ordered Apple Watch SERIES 1 Screen Replacement Glass + Digitizer + OLED Kit - 42MM / OLED/Digitizer Display Assembly / Without Toolkit × 1 and paid $34.98. Digital Supply USA delivered instead the 38mm version of this item. Digital Supply suggested I place a new order for the same item and asked me to ship the item they delivered in error back at my expense. My request for a shipping label to cover the shipping fees has been ignored. I am filing this complain to report unacceptable business practices and to ask for a $34.98 refund for the item that was not delivered.
