      The website shows daily tickets $24.99 if purchased before 6/20/24. In 2 places it shows can use till 7/14/24. One place shows 7/7/24. I sent an online question and they said 7/7/24. I called they said they called corporate this morning and it’s being corrected. Should be 7/7/24. How many people purchased thinking they could use till 7/14/24. I haven’t purchased since I wanted to make sure. I am retired on a fixed income and just wanted my grandsons to have fun. We are going 7/9/24. Just want the price it shows $24.99. Of course tomorrow is the deadline. Want 4 tickets at $24.99 to use 7/9/24.

      I filed a complaint this morning for worlds of fun per their false advertisement. I received a call today from worlds of fun that corporate has decided to honor these tickets till 7/14/24. Not sure if this is how to close my complaint

      I don’t know where to start…….BED BUGS so Bad! I know the village didn’t bring them but how they handled it was even worse. The manager didn’t even say sorry or offer any compensation except refund. THEN wouldn’t even switch us rooms and offered us only option of staying in big infested room or leave. We had family of 7 including an 8month old. We had late check in Friday 8/25/23 at 10pm we went to eat at Waffle House then came back for bed about 1am my daughter with the 8 month old came out of the bedroom saying she itching everywhere. I proceeded to go look at bedroom with flashlight and there was a swarm of bedbugs crawling everywhere visibly. My son in law was still sleeping in the bed and I yelled at him to get up immediately, after he lifted his head will be an image I will never unsee, 15 bedbugs came crawling from under his head alone. This didn’t happen overnight they were grown adult size bugs and by the hundreds. My daughter and son in law are covered in swollen welts. They didn’t even offer to help us clean anything or find us somewhere to stay after we cleaned. The manager didn’t even apologize. One employee was a Godsend and couldn’t believe I was handling it so well but at that point I hadn’t talked to manager who lacks every bit of customer service skills wouldn't even look me in the eyes like she knew the bugs were in there. I’ve spent 24hrs straight cleaning every item we took with us. We had to throw away diapers, tons of food, stuff that was damaged by the high heat dryers. My driveway is full of everything we took on trip all the way down to cosmetics because I won’t let them in my house. Worlds of fun was a bust they didn’t even offer us free tickets to the park. Absolutely nothing. We had to throw away food and diapers, the high heat wash and dry ruined our clothes and bags

      I am requesting a refund. Our experience today at the parks was anything short of incredibly dissatisfying. My son and I are both type 1 diabetics and between the amount of back and forth we had to do due to the amount of rides closing and opening only to recluse was absurd. We were unable to maintain healthy sugar levels due to the amount of unnecessary and unexpected travel to even find rides open. Then going over to the oceans of fun side there was not one but three of the major attractions/ pools closed. Not only that but there was no reason given for the closures and we had to watch the life guards get to frolic and play in the pools we played to swim in while we were Forced to stay out. We will not be returning to the parks in the future and will be discouraging others too as well. When the issues were brought to the attention of the staff we were blown off and told there was simply nothing they could do. This is unacceptable and for the reasons listed I am requesting a full refund.

      On Sunday September 18 2022 I had 2 separate purchases at Worlds of Fun. I had bought pretzel bites from ****** ***** and 2 milkshakes. I was charged that day for both items as expected. Yesterday thought I get 4 more charges of this exact same purchase. So I now I have 6 charges from 2 purchases. This adds up quickly and I am very upset by this because it seems like my card is getting scammed and I don’t know how I could be charged on a separate day.

      I am a season passholder while attended worlds of fun with my entire with my entire family May 28. I was assaulted along with 4 other family members by a group of 10 people . After the incident I was offered food and drink vouchers to come back another time , I advised the security that I no longer felt safe inside the park and request a full refund of my season passes and meal vouchers for my entire family.

      We were given passes to Worlds of Fun's 2021's Halloween event. The event features a parade, seasonal decorations and several cast characters in costume. When we arrived at the park, we were told that the passes were not valid on Saturday night and we had to buy tickets for over $100. This was not printed on the ticket so we spoke to attendance manager and he said sorry, that is was corporate policy. This is a Bait and Switch technique and needs to end. Simply printing this information on the tickets would suffice. We spoke to ***** at the corporate office and he told us that we weren't event customers because we had those types of tickets. I believe the BBB or the Missouri Consumer Protection Organizations should step in and end this Bait and Switch form of deceptive marketing and ticketing practices.

      Thank need a refund for a season pass I purchased yesterday to visit this amusement park. I was denied access because I needed to bring a bag in with medical supplies for my son. The security staff was rude, yelled at me and my party over a bag. I was told that other people in the park were allowed to carry a bag just no one after 5pm could carry one which doesn’t make sense. They have metal detectors and other security measures in which they check all you items and as I stated before you can bring a bag purse anything before 5pm but not after. I would like my money back. I have been to this park so many time as I live in Kansas City and I have never been treated so badly. I don’t plan on returning and I need a refund for my passes.

      I purchased 2 season passes on 9/30/2021 with the intention of using the "season pass benefit" to purchase 8 discounted "single day" passes. When I went back to the website to purchase the 8 "single day" passes, it brought up a calendar to choose a day to buy the ticket for. The day we were planning on going was not available to choose. I called customer service to ask why and was told you can't use the " bring a friend" discount on Saturdays. I explained that it does not say that anywhere on the website. After some arguing, I was transferred to the supervisor who was very rude and said "I am going to tell you, like Frank already told you about 10 times, there are no discounts on Saturdays. And now I'm going to tell you good day." She then hung up on me. The website does not say anywhere on it that the "bring a friend" discount can't be used on Saturdays.

      I purchased tickets from worlds of fun and oceans of fun on monday 8/9/2021 for the 2 parks the next day 8/10/2021 no where during the purchase of these 2 tickets did it state that Oceans of fun is closed on Tuesdays so my daughter and I had no clue. The purchase of the tickets is supposed to be for the 2 parks. When we arrived on tuesday 8/10/2021 and go into the park we then find out that oceans of fun is closed on Tuesdays. This is something that should be stated before you purchase your tickets since you are buying tickets for 2 parks.

      Today on 08/07/2021 a worlds of fun employee disrespected in front of my 10 year old little daughter. The park was closing a ride early I asked to speak with a supervisor. While speaking to the supervisor a young man came up and disrespected me and I told Was told f you by employee. I asked to speak with a supervisor she told me she was sorry that happened and asked if she could escort me to another ride. When I was told I wanted more then that they apologized and told me that was not an option. I asked if I could have my money back. They said we can give you an apology and escort to another ride. When I ask to speak to this person manager they told me I could go to guest services and speak to them. Upon arrival to guest services i spoke to a lady who essentially told me the same thing. They can not be responsible for every employee actions. If I did not except this for an answer I would be escorted by security off the property. I explained to them I have purchased a season pass.
