Contacted Lloyd because we have a 20 year old Rudd unit which uses R22. He was on another call, but contacted me when he finished and came over at 7:30pm with his assistant Mark. He walked through every step, explaining what the issues were, what caused them, what he was doing and why. He topped sealed and topped off the unit, did a thorough cleaning of unit. Verified the unit performed and followed up the next morning to check on it. He indicated that he will return after the next over 90 day to read levels and top off at no cost if any was needed. It was close to 10:30 by the time he finished and both Lloyd and his assistant Mark were very friendly and professional. It was pleasant dealing with someone more interested in fixing the issue and not trying to sell me a new unit. I would definitely recommend giving Lloyd a call first!

I was dreading calling a plumber because I knew the cost would be out of my budget. I held out as long as I could, but I finally had to call after my sink began to overflow. I'm so glad I found Lloyd the plumber. He came after hours without charging me an excessive after hours fee. He was able to fix by sink for a fraction of the cost I thought it would cost. I'm so glad I found him. I definitely plan on hiring him for other jobs in the future. Thanks

I woke up and we were all freezing. I am a single mother of four boys and the struggles are real. So, when your furnace goes out and the temperature drops to 17 degrees you panic. A friend referred me to Lloyd and I texted him immediately. He responded quickly and called to let me know he was on another job but was able to be at my home within a few hours. He came in and got it working in no time. He explained my issues in an easily understandable way and showed me how another tech who had previously worked on my furnace had *****-rigged it to where my furnace was running all the time. Which would only have increased my utility bill over the past year. He was amazing we were warm in no time. To work with someone that you dont feel like is trying to make a fast one and affordable, is priceless. He is the best in my book! We appreciated his personality and knowledge.

Lloyd the **** of **** came right out within 30 minutes after I called him and was very professional and courteous and very explanatory about everything that needed to be done with my air conditioning unit. This unit was installed in 2018 by the summer of 2021 it stopped Cooling. I originally had the company who installed it come out and they were going to charge me a lot of money even though the parts are under warranty the labor is not. Lloyd is going to call me back has had no money across his hand yet and he wants to make sure it runs and it cools my house before I pay him anything. Now this is what I call professional, kind, considerate and just overall a nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone.

I called Lloyd the plumber to repair my shop furnace after being turned down by a couple of the big hvac companies. "Sorry we dont work on those" was the response from them. Its an older unit so I was also considering replacement and that was going to be costly but with winter coming I have to have heat in there to get anything done.So heres how I met Lloyd the plumber.Lloyd called to let me know when he was ***** min out. About 25 min later he called, but said his vehicle died and asked if I could come jump start him. Sure, he was only a few min away. Got him jump started. He noticed the battery wasnt charging and said its the alternator. There was an auto parts store nearby so I followed him there. I watched him swap out an old alternator for a new in about an hour in the parking lot. Yeah, that happened. So now we head to look at my furnace. Didnt take him that long, just tracked it down going from one point to the next. So then he tells me theres no charge for the repair. Are you kidding me? I couldnt get any of the big name rip off boys to even take the job, Lloyd comes out and fixes it and says no charge. I assume due to the whole alternator swap delay. I had to give him something, but I know it would have cost a whole lot more from one of the usual suspects if they couldve even figured it out before throwing in the towel and saying needs replaced.I you need a repairman hvac, plumbing, electrical, etc this is the guy to call. He can fix it and hes fair and honest, no BS. It was an odd encounter, but one that I wasnt lied to, or taken advantage of, or just flat out overcharged which is very common in his profession. And I have heat back in my garage just in time for winter.
