Amber was great at getting paperwork pushed through to get me moved in. Since then it's been a nightmare. Their lawn guy smashed my AC unit and when Sederson went in the unit to check AC, which had been recommended to get replaced last summer and there's been no replacement, the Sederson tech Paul didn't turn the heat back to where it was set which caused houseplants to die due to it being December with no heat. They are the most woe is me, no body wants to work anymore, you're the problem landlords I've ever had. Do NOT, do NOT rent from them. They will act sweet to get you moved in, and then victim blame and gaslight you. They said they won't listen to me whine and hung up. I had a maintenance person pounding on my door and arguing with me trying to force entrance into my unit while I was wearing a towel after coming to the door mid shower from him continually pounding and not going away. I was told by Amber I was the one "looking for a fight". Get serious. Go read how they respond to their tenants. I moved in because it's a central location and I help family all over the metro and for cheaper rent while I go back to college. They treat poor people like absolute garbage, take no accountability, and all they know how to do is blame their residents.
