The plumber is leaving the job undone. He states that Refrigerator is not specified in the contract neither is the sinks, shower, toilet. There were to hook up all of my appliances including the Refrigerator and Dishwasher. The business did not send correspondence that materials were needed for the dishwasher but claim that they did not finish due to the material not being on site. We have a record of them refused to give customer service and let us know they will not be finishing. Even the inspector disagrees with the way the plumber is handling businessBusiness response

This project started in January of 2021. Our contract states that I'm going to rough end all of the fixtures and the water line. She had a sewer issue and we did a change order. She wanted to change her refrigerator line but she didn't put it in the contract. I got emails and text messages where I told her what was going on. She hired several different contractors to do these jobs. They cut our pipes out of the walls and dry walled over the lines we put in. I had to go out there and tear out the dry wall. I never charged her for that. I have texts from her saying this job was costing too much. I am not in charge of paying for her fixtures. I helped her out by doing this so she thinks I'm obligated to do this. I'm the owner. She started calling me and being disrespectful to me and my wife. I told her from here on out, our communication is going to have to be by text or email and she said I was being disrespectful but couldn't name a time when I had been. I have these texts. She has problems with other contractors and is taking it out on me. I was doing everything for free to help her out until she got disrespectful. She said we weren't going to pass inspection. so I went to the inspector and we passed. Once we passed inspection, our rough end deal is completely done and over with. I was just trying to be nice and help her out. It's been 9-10 months and I'm just now getting paid. I had to file a lien to get it. I will be removing the lien now that I have been paid. There was a miscommunication on the tub. Her cousin went in and started tiling the floor which you can't do until you set the tub. She wanted me to go in there and oversee her cousin. That's not my job. The inspector told her she needed to get a GP to make sure things stay on track.
I did everything I could to help her out and then I told her there was no point in me extending my helping hand for her to be disrespectful to me. I have the permits saying we passed inspection on the rough end back in February or March so that's when our job was complete.
She brought a dishwasher in and it didn't have all of the parts. It needed a line. The valve was under the sink and it needed to be connected. She bought it, it's not my fault it was wrong. I told her husband I'm not talking to her anymore because she's so disrespectful. I went above and beyond to help her.

I am rejecting this response because:Please ask the business to provide time and stamped text messages of giving consultation regarding parts needed to hook up the dishwasher, line being covered.
They used holding finishing the project as a bully tactic to hold up the project. We used one contractor for the drywall.
I also provided the appliances via text message (text messages provided) of appliances that were being hooked up and Aundre did not say at that time the Ice Maker line needed a change order.
I did not pay a little over $16,000 to not be consulted on what is needed to finish the project, which Sewer Surgeon did not. If it ANYTHING prevented Sewer Surgeon from doing their job, it is their job as professionals to notify the client of the problem, so that it can be solved.
It was not good business to not consult on the materials to complete a job (that is not my profession, that is why I hired them) and problems that they witness and didn't report (that they say prevented them from replacing....
I have a couple of questions: They say my contractors covered the line, that is giving proof a acknowledgment that the line was there, right?
Please see invoice attached, the first line states: Cut out and replace waterline throughout the house with pex $3000
Sewer Surgeon runs there business like Death Records, with bully and petty tactics that should not go down.I did not have many contractors to work on my project, that is the reason it took long but what does that have to do with them. My electrician did wonderful, with minding the business that pays him, like professionals and men should.
Sewer Surgeon runs there business like Death Records, with bully and petty tactics that should not go down.
They did not finish the job, they do not have good customer service, they are VERY negative and over exaggerate situations (from what you see in the response)

She's leaving out things.
We told them their water heater wasn't lit. Her husband agreed to have us light it. We went out to light it and they changed the locks and didn't tell us. There was no way for us to get in. After that I told her listen, I charge $150 to run an ice maker line. It wasn't in her contract but since we had communication issues, I told her I would give her $400 to make it right plus I left the ice maker line, the adapter, the water line, and everything there for her to do it. $400 is what big name businesses charge to do this job so I gave her that to make it right. When she paid me for the lien, she wanted the $400 off. I gave her the money that we agreed to and left all the supplies out there and she wants me to do the work for free. She owed me $6,700 and paid $6,319. It's all in the paperwork.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:They did not pay for a lien they use a free service online to try and bully. They did not finish the job. The 400 discount of proof that they did leave the job unfinished. So until they admit they suck at customer service, were unprofessional this is not going to be resolved.
Their bully tactics did not scare me because I know the law. They have processes they have to follow and the business admin is so terrible they didn't even send a final invoice. They just demanded payment via text. When I advised Aundre it was unprofessional, that hurt his ego so HE LIED and stated I called him a name, refused to finish or communicate. (please see text)...
They did not finish the job...the complaint still stands until a apology is given...
