      We purchased the system 03/27/2021 for $46,452.00. The size of the system is 12,780 W (12.78 KW) PV Solar System Consisting Of 36, 60 Cell Panels Longi 355W Black Mono-Crystal Panels, SolarEdge Inverters with Optimizers (x36) roof mount System was finally installed the 2nd week of May. 2021. When the system was first installed there was an inverter problem, but they figured it out and tested the system and it worked. We were told that Evergy would come out with in 30 days to switch the meter out. After about 45 days we called Evergy and they did not know anything about it. They said the city is supposed to do a final inspection and then notify them. We called the city inspector, and they did not know the work was complete. The city inspector came out a few days later and inspected the system and passed it and let Evergy know. Finally, towards the end of June 2021 Evergy switched the meter out. After Evergy switched the meter out the system was turned on it did nothing. The inverter was out again. We called Lifetime solar and finally after they were able to get the part for the inverter, they fixed it. Now the inverter is out again and has been out since the end of March. 2023. When we entered the agreement, we were told there would be monitoring on their end so if something happens, they are notified. They now tell me that they did not get any notification. We found out it was not working when we received our Electric Bill and it showed we used 56% more electricity than last year. The beginning of May 2023 I texted, left messages on the website and called them. Finally, I received a call back and they finally sent someone to come and look at it. The inverter is out, so they took pictures and said it would be about 2 weeks to get a part and fix it. The system is still not fixed and still being told they are waiting for a part. We have only had the system for 2 years now and it keeps going down. We would like the system fixed or our money back.

      I had a solar system installed in 2019 Lifetime Solar had been good about coming out and doing maintenance as needed with not charging. However, a year ago a squirrel to throw a wire and I’ve been trying to get them to come out to fix the system that’s been down For over a year now the wire touched another wire in **** the inverter and they’ve been promising me a new inverter would be installed by the end of the week for months now it is very hard to get someone on the phone to talk or respond to any communication at all. They have promised me through text that they will have the inverter and it will be installed, but I keep getting the runaround . I now have a the sale of the house pending with this being fixed as part of the contract and I Simpson to close on June 2.

      I bought the solar panels 4 years ago and it took close to a year to get them out to getting them running correctly I now have two panel that stopped working back in February 2022. **** the one I've been talking to has told me he will fix them but has put me off and broke promises of showing up. I need to get the panels fixed

      They installed the solar system on the 18th of may and they still don't work ,it been over two months , I've been trying to get them fix them, they keep putting me off, they will not give me my acc # , I've paid over $180.00 to the light company,I want then to reimburse me,no reason I should be paying a electric company for it, when I'm paying for solar or post to have it.
