Do not do business with this company , let me start about a month ago I went to get an oil change which gives you a free rotation I left my car there and ended up going shopping while the car was being serviced as I didn't think I had to sit there and watch them do the work but obviously I was wrong. The next day I realized that no rotation was ever done and God knows if my oil change was done. I did confront them about this situation and they told me that the technician had run out of time but yet in the paperwork that I left with it showed that I had gotten a rotation my job was done. So because they owed me a rotation I decided after having to do some work on my vehicle which cost me recently $1,400 in suspension issues that I have had now for a while but as a single mom it takes me a long time to be able to get anything done . So I chose to go back with them to get my rotation and also get an alignment . While I was there I asked to get a quote on some tires when the gentleman gave me a printout I decided to call another place to try to get prices but while on the phone with them they will give me a total different size tires. I verified that they were correct while I had them on the phone I hung up and I went and spoke to the attendant at Big O Tires and I told them that the quote that he had given me for my vehicle. He said that that's the size of tires you have on your vehicle now. So this is how I found out that big old tires that sold me 4 years ago tires for my car that were the wrong size after approaching the manager in regards to this issue I was told that all they can do is give me $100 off a set of four what an insult. I called corporate in the same regard and I got nowhere with them they rejected all findings I have all my paperwork and I also have the $1,400 that I just spend for my suspension or at least part of it. Stay away from this location.
