On 12/7/2023 I financed a vehicle from them my car has been in the shop a total of 6 times for the same problem that I keep getting told is fixed I’ve paid out 2668 dollars for the car as of today 3/10/2023 I have a very loud rattling sound when I hit any little bum the sound can be heard over the music I’ve tried to come to a simple resolution with the company but no one wants to wrk with meCustomer response

September 7th i purchased a 2017 ford fusion hybrid vehicle from this co. i gave them three payments totaling 600.00 gave them a copy of my insurance policy they gave me a bill of sale with the purchase price of 17500.00 They told me to tell ******** auto finance that i gave them 1000 down not 600. they gave me a copy of express autogap insurance totaling 795.00 i was told by the dealership that my deal was completed they signed none of my paperwork no signatures but mine. On 09212021 *** **** *** ****** came and took my vehicle out of my driveway said i had not completed my phone interview with ******** i did in fact complete that interview on 09082021 ******** said they never told them to take the car. When i called *** at the dealership he said our contract didn't matter he had not been paid by ******** their fore he took his car now telling i have to wait for verification of my insurance and wont tell me if i am getting it back or not or my moneyBusiness response
