I stayed at an ****** on April 2nd. I was told the house was clean and it was filthy and disgusting. I filed a complaint with the state department. They have been to the location and have evidence of the unclean residence. Everything was documented. Then the ****** had a malice and fraudulent review from the owner of said business. I have had that removed upon verification of the evidence I provided. I would like to know if this is a legitimate business and if every rental they own needs to be addressed as an issue of health concern.Business response

Hello,
All of *** ****** concerns have been addressed during his stay and in addition a refund was provided for the inconvenience. It is very unfortunate that unless we offer a free stay *** ****** will not stop reporting complaints. A City inspector has completed an inspection per *** ****** request and the home passed. There were no concerns from the City Inspector whatsoever and all is in compliance. Our team has also done everything we can in our power and required to do as hosts. Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because:
It has a false remark of slander and malice attempt on my name. I am not a scammer. I booked last minute with this company that said the home was clean. They have admitted in detail it was not clean. They have admitted to lying about me not telling them I had an animal with me when I also have other text messages explaining these details.

The home is in compliance with the City and again we have done everything we can in our power and required to do as hosts. We'd like to move forward and wish *** ****** nothing but the best of luck!
