            On January 24th 2022 I spent $74.88, $10 of which was for Priority shipping. Not only did they take my money and ship it through regular mail but, the package has not been recieved due to their mistake. I called them and was given no option on getting my $75 back until the package which no one knows where it is, arrives. They are taking peoples money and shipping it through other means than what was paid for and shouting at customers when they call and ask for updates.

            Placed my first order with this store over 24 hours ago and nowhere on the site does it state that I would have to wait up to 3 days just for you to ship. I then read several reviews and the complaint about customers not receiving items they paid for. I have sent a polite email along with a voicemail to ask for an update as to how long it will take to actually give the package to usps and have not received a call back or email. I also see a rude response to anyone asking for their order. I will not be ordering from your site again and if I do not receive my order within the 7days, I will make a formal complaint.
