On September 18, 2022 my family, me and Angelina met up for outside photos at the ****** ***** ********** ****** in ********** ******** for maternity photos at 6:30. Photos concluded a little after 7PM and I sent $150 through ***** for photos at 7:08PM on September 18, 2022. She told me I would have a five week turn around. I asked for sneak peek photos, which she has always done for me, she said she would send them and never did. I messaged a ton of times and never once got a response let alone got photos or anything addressed.Initial Complaint

Got married 08/27/2022, used Elegant Reflections Photography, ******** ***************, to take wedding photos. After the wedding we reached out several times to ******** through text, emails, & calls with only one response back about the photos. We have a contract, verbally agreed on a delivery date, & paid the full invoice amount of $2000, on 09/10/2022. We have never recieved all of the photos. ******** offered to send us the 3600+ batch of unedited photos, but we have only received 40 photos to a google folder.Initial Complaint

I had maternity pictures taken on January 30th, 2022 by ******** ****************. I paid her a fee of $250 via Venmo on February 1st. After she received my payment she has ignored any attempt I have made to contact her and has never sent me any pictures.Initial Complaint

My husband and I hired Elegant Reflections Photography to provide photography services on the day of our wedding. A contact was signed agreeing to photography service on 9/24/22 for a fee of $250 per hour. A payment of $2,375 was made to ******** on 9/27 (a deposit of $250 was also made on 9/2/21). The contract stated that the delivery of photos would occur "by or on the date of January 1st, 2023." On 9/27/22 ******** offered to send us a few pictures early for their use on thank you cards. 48 photos were received on 10/26/2023. On 12/28/22 I reached out to make sure she didn't need anything from me reference delivery of the remaining photos and got no response. 1/1/23 no photos were received. 1/5/21 I reached out in an attempt to get an update on photo delivery with no response. On 1/31/23 I reach out again asking for an update with no response. Attempts to contact ******** have been made via phone, text message, facebook message, and two different email addresses. I have not received a response from her since 11/7/2022. Still no receipt of photos as agreed upon.Initial Complaint

She did maternity photos and we did not receive them for 4 months I filed a police report she gave us photos that were not of the quality we were promised. She did not edit them. She gave us over 1500 photos just to prevent from being sued. There was nothing salvageable. They had her son in the background terrible lighting and tumbleweeds in the background. There also were picture of us picking up our daughter and stretching. These pictures were terrible and not the quality I paid for. I have spoken to the police and I know she has multiple charges in other counties as well.Customer response

Hello. Thank you for letting me know that it's getting transferred. I've been contacted by the photographer after she received my statement from the BBB and she sent me messages harassing me for contacting you and threatening me with her attorney. There has been talk through the community and we've been talking about how she scammed dozens upon dozens of others and isn't giving them photos or money back and making it to where they can't get ahold of her and some are worried that she's going to leave the state because everyone is pressing charges against her and reporting her to the BBB as well. She's refusing to give me the money back and telling me to go to someone else and pay for the very thing I paid her to do. She was paid to take photos, edit them and get them to me to print off from possibly a CD or hard drive or something. But she isn't . On 10/29/2022 between the hours of 1pm and 8pm ******** * ********* was contracted to photograph my wedding ceremony, before and after, and our wedding reception. Since 11/15 I have not received any further contact from ********. She has ignored all emails, texts, or calls. She has also disconnected her cellphone as of 1/16/2023. I have never received the flash drive promised in the contract nor has any contact been established since. I have attached our contract, the addendum with my grandmother's signature as I dislocated my knee and had to leave the reception on a stretcher, and a photograph from ******** confirming she received payment on 11/11/2022.Initial Complaint

The owner of this business took pictures for our daughters one year old pictures on February 27th at 12:30 pm at ****** ******* ****** ******. We paid her $180. She has cashed the check since then. I still have not received the pictures back from her after multiple attempts to contact her on multiple different platforms. She has quit responding to me. She has only ever responded twice. Once on June 21 asking me what my email address was I’m assuming so she could email me the pictures. The second and last time she has responded was on July 19 when she informed me she would be back home in MO in August so I hoped she would send me the pictures then. I have repeatedly asked for her to send me just the unedited pictures so I can find somebody else to edit them for me. This would allow me to have my pictures back quicker and not require any extra work for her. I have had another person reach out to me and say that she took her wedding pictures in June and will not respond to her either. This girl also has a friend who has booked this same owner for her wedding coming up. So she is still currently working and sounds like she is doing the same thing that she has done to me to other people.Initial Complaint

I paid 180 dollars through venmo, pictures attached... for family photos. She took the pictures, took the money and haven't heard from her ince June. Pictures attached for proof of trying to contact. I am not the only person she has appeared to of taken money from and not followed through with photos. I want my photos of my family.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I find it difficult to accept... I am understanding and can have patience if I am aware of the situation. When you run a business and have clients waiting on things they've paid for, it is a bit worrisome to not hear a response or status at all. A simple, unforseen circumstances have arised and its taking longer than normal is deserved to clients that pay for a service. Their are people that are taking this way further than I am. I don't want to do that, I just want my pictures and wanted to insure she was okay and wandering what was going on. As I have never had a problem with her business before so found this to be a bit concerning. I felt scammed.. hurt and angry. Still do. Only response I've recipes is when I had to go through this, just to insure I'm not being scammed and it still isn't giving me a promising note as I haven't heard personally from her or the business aside from the reply through this, a 3rd party
