On 2/25 ***** from Precision came to my home to give an estimate to have a hot water heater replaced. At the time he looked at several other small plumbing items and included them in the estimate. I contacted him to replace the water heater only at a cost of $1950 to remove and replace the 50G gas water heater. A date was set to do the work and on 3/22 I paid a $1452.75 deposit. ***** came on 3/23 to do the work and when completed I paid the remaining balance of $497.25 and included a tip of $74.59 for a total paid on 3/23 of $571.84. At the end of the installation ***** said he would have to come back to remove the old water heater since it was still wet and he needed help to remove it from the basement. He said he would let me know but would return in a few days to pick up the old water heater. On 3/31 I had not heard from *************** I texted him to ask when he would pick it up. He responded and said he had something personal come up and would try to pick it up the next day, 4/1. After not hearing back from him I texted again on 4/10 and again on 4/18 and received no responses. I called several times with no return and emailed ***** 5/19 again asking when he could pick up the old water heater. (All of our initial communications had been by email so I knew the email was valid) As of today I have received no response. I would like ***** to please immediately pick up the old water heater or refund me the estimated $225 that **** Got Junk quoted me to come pick it up. Thank you.
