Roof, ***************** They replaced the roof Nov. 2023 & damaged my existing siding in 2 areas (not a part the claim) left nails on roof & in yard. I noticed nails & damages & reached out. Everything was taken care of, I was satisfied. Next, there were sections of siding to be replaced. Mar. 2024 the workers came out only replaced siding on 1 side, I had 1 full side (which was completed) & 2 sides where sections were to be replaced. Again, after about a week, I called once I saw that the other 2 sides were not done, they sent them back. Later I noticed that the sections with the new siding did not match. Again, having to call FM Roofing back regarding the mismatch patches that were installed. New siding was different in color & print. Wasn't reported during install. ***, a supervisor, confirmed the error on, took a physical sample to send in. My insurance company approved full replacement, my current siding is discontinued. I called & texted several times to get samples was advised *** is no longer in that part of the business. I was advised ***** would be handling it. They were "too busy" to keep the appointments to drop samples for 2wks. I also noticed gapping in the mismatch siding. I texted a video showing the loose panels/gaps. I needed to hire another company, considering the ********************* The initial payment of $15,792.83 was paid Nov. 2023. The work that has been completed including taxes is less. I received a prelim invoice in April, which included items not completed. I requested a final invoice from *****, as I am overpaid at this point. He sent me an updated invoice, with uncomplete line items removed, but the material taxes are the same figures, stating $12 is due to me. I emailed asking for corrections on June 29, called/texted, and am now being ignored. I compared the material tax they have on the "updated invoice" to the items and taxes sent to the insurance company, and it is a difference of $424.71 vs the $12 he claims is owed.
