Roof was replaced at our Villa at Lake of the ********* last fall. At the time I took a few pictures and have a video on the complete disregard of our landscaping/plants and shrubs. One shrub did not make it through the damage and we have asked for reimbursement to replace the shrub. Roof Lux claims they are not responsible for the dead shrub. We are asking for reimbursement of $700.00 which is the cost to replace the dead shrub.Business response

We have spoken with the consumer about this. The plant in question died over the winter long after the work was **** We spoke with the president of the home owners association and told us that this is a common thing they do with businesses. Not specifically about this one plant, but they do similar things with other business. We are not responsible for this plant. The President of the home owners Association can be referred to regarding this "*************************". They further clarified the plant died several months after the job.
