I bought a truck in June of 2020. I knew it had a few small problems when I purchased it. They told they would fix whatever it needed to pass inspection. The quote me a price to get the vehicle fixed, but it didn't include labor, only parts. They didn't give me the title the day I bought the car. They told me it would be mailed. After about five months, I didn't have the title. I called many times and still no title. They gave me all sorts of excuses: they lost it, I lost it (which I didn't). I finally got them to check with the USPS. They finally called me back, they said they found it in a warehouse. Many of their google review told similar stories. The truck got worse and worse and I have taken it to multiple mechanics. The most recent one told me that the vehicle needed a new engine. They sold me a truck knowing that it needed a new engine. I asked for their help in making it right: take it back or something so I wasn't at a loss. They have an extended warranty check for me that they will not bring to the bank. The check is for $1026.00. I also owe a $200 late fee to register the vehicle because they were late in getting the title to me.Business response

The truck was sold with a valid state inspection and emissions. The problems with the vehicle where brought up months later. Far from the thirty day warranty the dealership provides. However this vehicle was even sold with an extended warranty. The title was passed and signed of by Austin Palans. Who then lost the title. He states mechanics say his car needs a new engine. However the warranty company deemed this to be false. Plus the car rides and drives. This car was purchased over a year ago and the customer stills has not titled the vehicle. He talks about the two people who 4 years ago who said we wouldn't give them the title on google reviews. Both of those customers bounced checks to the dealership. The extended warranty refund check will be paid in full to AllTru Credit Union 10/28/2021. We were waiting for the refund check to clear from the warranty company.
