In an attempt to work with the hometown Trane dealer, I continued working with these folks long after becoming incredibly frustrated and, unfortunately, now have an expensive new mini-split system that requires warranty work through FTS, as the installing contractor. Responses to a simple inquiry have been delayed or nonexistent. Simply said, there is a long list of miscommunications (often followed by apologies), only to be followed by more delays, excuses, and admissions of internal communications failures. We spent a majority of last summer without AC, or with poor AC (two separate issues), while waiting on these folks to show up. In fairness, I think they're probably all nice people, but are all over the place with communications and follow-through. I also will say that **** seems highly competent and addressed most of the issues within minutes of finally coming out (after months of back and forth) - great to have the fixes, but frustrating to have endured months of hot temps when a five minute fix was available. I truly hate to write a poor review on any business, much less one in our hometown (and never have before), but I would have to caution anyone considering doing business with these folks to reconsider.

Questioned my bill and never got past the dispatchers. Seems the dispatchers intercept all complaint calls, without possibly forwarding. Overcharged by $75.00 - $100.00 according to three other local estimates. Arrived 2 hours earlier than scheduled, causing me to have to leave work earlier than planned. Would NOT reccommend. Took advantage during extreme weather. Would preder to leave no stars but system did not give that option.
