I purchased a pool from Karls Pools in August ************************************************ spring 2021. We talked numerous times in 2021 to which I was told our pool was on a ship and would be delivered soon. Have tried numerous times in 2022 to contact the business with no answer. Even went to the business and no answer there as well. Would like my pool!Initial Complaint

I bought a pool from them in May 20, 2020. I still have not received the pool. I have been talking with then for over a year. He told me that he was going to issue me a refund and he hasn't. He said he will mail it or drop it off. He continues to say he is going to send it, but he never does.Customer response
