To start, the phone number listed on the website does not work so you are unable to call him. The main issue at hand, is the owner does NOT notify you BEFORE you pay online, that if you pay online ahead of time, that he does not issue refunds. Only AFTER you pay online ahead of time do you get an email that says the email serves as the contract and states that there's no refunds if you pay online first. The T&C listed on the website do not have mention of any refund policy. He then threatens prosecution and states that the consumer is committing theft and fraud if they try to dispute the charge on their bank account for a service not rendered. In addition, the 'contract' email states that the email serves as the contract once the consumer replies "confirm." However I never replied "confirm", I only replied to cancel.Business response

This is completely untrue and not sure who this customer is however it is placed online that there is no refunds prior to any payment allowed if paid already and our phone number does workCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: it is only listed in the description of the service, there is no formal agreement when you actually pay for the service. In addition, their own T&C listed on their website ask for a 24hr cancellation notice, but doesn't say there's no refunds. Lastly, the email confirmation they send states that that email serves as the contract once you reply "confirm." Which I never did. Lastly, this is just poor business practice and poor customer service. They have 2 instances in the past year where they have given refunds to people (per their own responses to their Google Reviews). Overall, this is just pure poor business practice and poor customer service.
