On Monday 6/13/22 KC Dumpster Company delivered a dumpster to my neighbor across the street. In doing so the truck drove up my driveway and leaked oil leaving damage to my driveway. When trying to exit my driveway, the driver drove through a part of my yard. All of this was captured on video with my **** doorbell. The following morning, on Tuesday, I contacted the company and shared that my driveway was damaged, they asked for the pictures and acted as if they would rectify the situation. I thought we were going to be able to reach a resolution together, I took off work that afternoon to be able to be home for when they agreed to come clean it at 4 PM that day. However less than an hour before they were scheduled to come clean it an office manager, ***** *., called to tell me that was not going to be possible because the crew was near the end of their workday. I insisted on finding a mutually agreed-upon time between the two of us where I could be home to supervise that the damages were rectified as they would be on my property again and I was not comfortable with them doing so without my supervision. It was at this time she began to get hostile towards me and I asked to speak with the owner of the company. The only resolution that her and I were able to get to was that I would take off work Friday 6/17 and a crew would come by at 9 o’clock to clean the damages. I still asked to speak with the owner and was not given a return phone call that day. Today 6/15 I called the two office ladies at 11:50 am, with whom I had spoken with the previous day asking to have the owner return my call. I was told the owner was too busy to deal with this. However at 12:18 Rody Taylor called. During the conversation he yelled at me that they would hook up to my water and would not be compensating me for it. When I asked him to change his tone he started cussing me out telling me, “we aren’t fixing a ****ing thing, call whoever the **** you want to call.”

      Hi *********,

I have attached a detailed description of what happened on our end this week. May I say, I personally worked patiently to resolve this for a large portion of day, on the same day of the complaint to try and get the liquid removed off the driveway as quickly as possible. I apologized for the inconvenience from the first call and worked quickly to get to get this resolved. Please let know if you have any further questions.

On Tuesday 6/14.22 our office received a complaint at 8:14 am.  At 8:23 am, I received two images sent in from a homeowner of a neighbor who had ordered a dumpster. The driver had a shallow driveway for the box to be set and had to maneuver into the neighbor’s driveway to ensure he didn’t hit a streetlight/pole when backing out. I spoke with ****** ****** at 8:57 on Tuesday the 14th, apologized and told her I understood her frustration. She insisted I get someone out there this week in the afternoon and I told her I would contact our crew and let her know when they were coming. At 1:04, on the 14th, I called her and said they could come power wash and clean the driveway and she said she wasn’t home and needed to be there. She said she would be home at 4. We ended the call, and I went back into the building to talk to the crew and found out that they couldn’t make 4:00 work but could come now. ****** said she wouldn’t let us on her property unless she was there, so that wasn’t going to be an option.  I asked our crew to find another time that they could be there before I called her to let her know. At 3:09 on the 14th, I called her back to tell her we couldn’t come at 4:00 but wanted to come the next morning.  She got very angry and said that was unacceptable.  I told her very calmy that I was the middleman, and I was doing everything I could to help her, and I would appreciate it if she didn’t take it out on me as I wanted to help. She got very difficult, and we spent the next 43 minutes trying to figure out a time that worked with her schedule.  She said she worked 7am-4pm and wouldn’t accept us coming between those hours and that we needed to figure it out.  I asked if we could get there at 6 am the next day and she said we could come but that she wouldn’t allow us to finish the task when she had to leave. She was insistent that we couldn’t step foot on her property without her there to supervise that we cleaned it to her satisfaction. Finally, she said Friday the 17th would work. I asked her if 9:00 worked on Friday the 17th. She said it would.  From there I proceeded to tell her they were buying a new power washer and asked if she had a water source to connect to. She yelled at me and told me we could not use her water under any circumstance. I then asked if the neighbor that ordered the dumpster would mind if we used his, she said we could not.  She told me she needed someone higher up to call her because I couldn’t take care of the issue appropriately and asked for the owner. I told her I would have him reach out, but that he was off-site working on a project. She called me at 11:56 am on the 15th the following morning while I was in a meeting and then proceeded to call the office and ask to speak to the owner at 11:57 am. The office sent a text to our owner at 12:03 pm on the 15th, asked him to call and he did.  When asking to connect our hose to her water source to be able to power wash and clean the spot and she got angry again and said we still could not. We wanted to rectify this quickly. We have apologized and have tried numerous times in a 24-hour period to help clean this spot and prioritize the complaint.
