      I stopped using this places trash service well over a year ago, and they’ve been trying to charge me for services I never received!!! Even after contacting them via email and via phone call they are still trying to make me pay for a service I never used!

      We started her services and got her first payment 2/25/22 for March-May services. We did not receive another payment after that but also never got a call to request a cancel. We will still create invoices until we get notification that they want to stop or until the balance gets higher, at which point we try to reach out. We did so on March 1, 2023 asking if she was wanting to continue service. That was one of the things she attached so I won't attach it again, but we closed the account as of that date and have not charged her any more. We also aren't trying to pull payments from her. We don't have correct information on file to be able to and haven't had since her initial set up. She claims to have not gotten services since we shut her off in April 2022, but she would not have been on any suspension lists until 6/15/22. She's also claiming that she got a letter but then said "maybe it was a phone call" when we talked to her on 3/15. Her account is closed, we are no longer billing her and have since cleared out the balance on the account as a write off b/c we know that she has no intention of even paying back a portion of it.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although they do NOT claim their part or fault in this situation. The account is closed and I will NEVER use their services again, and I will never recommend anyone to their company!!

      Drivers of the trash/recycle trucks have repeatedly driven through my yard. The drivers tend to not turn enough or back up and reset, before going forward and their right side wheels end up going through that portion of my yard near the street. This causes deep ruts and has killed the grass. When this first occurred (April 2022) earlier this year, after contacting them, they agreed to send out a lawn service to make some repairs. The lawn did put down dirt and seed, though the seed they used contained aggressive weeds which infiltrated that part of my yard, to which I had to deal with throughout the summer. Then it happened again (June 2022), a couple of months later, this time my complaints fell on deaf ears and nothing was done about it. At this time I put a noticeable sign in the corner of that area which seemed to have given the driver(s) a visual aid to at least make an attempt to turn more sharply. Even though this was something I should NOT have to do myself, it prevented from happening, at least for a while until a few weeks ago. Then a third (Nov 2022) time they drove over the sign and through my yard again. This time the truck must have been full because the ruts are deeper than ever before. Again, I reached out through email/phone. I got in contact with an ****** I believe, only to be told the usual, that she'll get in contact with George and let me know what happens. Well here we are, nearly a month later with no returned phone call or responses to several emails. I've lived at this address for 10 years, no trash service before this one had ever had the problem of driving through my yard and only since their excuse of "turn over of drivers" did I have this problem with this company before. I understand accidents happen, but this has become a nuisance and it seems to me they're more than willing to only do the least amount of effort to fix the on-going problem with the drivers and actually fixing any repairs they're responsible for.

      We have been in contact with the resident directly via email and phone conversations and are working to get the damages repaired in a way that he agrees with. We are also working on a plan to make sure that this doesn't happen in the future, like putting a marker or something there to make it so that they can't drive there.

      We contracted this company to provide trash service. Paid all fees. It took over 4 weeks to get the trash can we paid a $60.00 deposit for. We moved out 5/14/22, they said put trash can beside house, visible from the road, it will take 4-6 weeks to collect the can to refund deposit. I voiced my concern that the house was being sold and I didn’t have any control over the can because we moved to a different state. I called on July 11th and ****** told me they hadn’t picked up can was scheduled to be picked up in the next few weeks but they were having an issue with keeping people working to pick up the cans. I called back on August 15th and left message for ****** that we still had not received deposit. Someone called back and said they tried, but can wasn’t there. I told them it wasn’t our fault that it took them 3 months to get it and the house sold. I told them I expected my deposit back. I have not received the deposit as of today. The address we had the trash service at was **** ** **** ****** *** **** ******* ** *****. The house was listed on *********** after we moved and the van was clearly visible in the front home photo.

      Good afternoon,

       

      I apologize for the delay. I do show all of those calls noted and mention of the possible extended time to get the bins picked up in the first place. I show that we had attempted to pick up the cart on 8/7/22 and again after we were called and told that they were still there on 9/14/22. Both times it was not out. Normally we wouldn't give the refund without the collection of the cart, but we also aren't wanting to continue to fight with her over a $60 check so we are going to issue the refund. Please let me know if there are any questions.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      The can was there when we left, it was not from any fault or negligence, on our part, that Constable wasn’t able to pick it up in a reasonable amount of time. It took longer than the 4-6 weeks that they quoted me when we moved
