This was the 2nd time using Gutter Cover after we had hail damage to gutters and roof this Spring Amazing service. We have had the system 4 years and couldn't be happier during that time. Wasn't sure what to expect after hail damage, but they were so quick to respond. We were even more impressed with the service this 2nd time around. Highly recommend.Review from Frank B

I just had our gutters “spring cleaned” by the Gutter Cover technicians. They were on time, introduced themselves, and explained what they were going to do, They went to work, completed the job, notified me when they were finished. ***** was timely, professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He explained the process he would follow, and answered all of our questions in easily understood terms. We had our gutter covers put on in early April because we wanted to protect our gutters from getting clogged up due to the blooming of trees around our house. It's now been a couple of months and we've had some good rains along with the tree dropping and our gutters are clean and clog free. Now we don't have to think about getting up on the ladder during the spring and the fall to clean out our gutters. Our sales rep was great with his explanation of their system and stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process. We received phone calls from the office a few days before the installation to make sure we were all on the same page. Our installer did a great job putting on the gutter covers. He was very willing to answer our questions and share information with us. After the job was completed, our sales rep called and even came back to the house to check the work. Gutter Cover KC is an exceptional company. The estimator came down from Kansas City to Springdale, Arkansas in a timely and professional manner. He provided a good estimate, along with answers to all my questions, and even models of the product so you can see exactly the products provided. The three installers also came down from KC in a timely manner. They were professional, friendly, and quick in everything they did. They answered my questions, and treated me courteously. The job went very smoothly, and they treated my property with respect, not harming the house, flower beds, shrubs, guttering, etc. They have quite team up there in KC, and I feel theyd do very well in our area. Excellent service, professional and skilled installers. Very happy we had all our cutters protected. We are seniors and it is not a good idea for my husband to be on a ladder cleaning out the cutters several times a yesr.Gutter Cover of Kansas City Response

Don't know if the gutter covers work or not, yet as we haven't had any rain to speak of since they were installed. That being said, these guys do customer service right! I wasn't completely happy with the install and had some additional questions so I emailed my sales **** ***** He said he would get his technician out to talk to me and within about a week, Zach showed up. Very nice guy, very professional. Zach answered all of my questions and agreed that the install wasn't to their standards. I was afraid this meant putting me back on the schedule for a later date but Zach said, "I have my ladder and tools with me, I'll take care of it right now!" And he did just that. Normally, I would be very upset at the job not being done right in the first place but these guys took care of it so quickly and professionally that I'm kinda glad it happened just so I could see how this company handles adversity first-hand. Now we just need a good hard rain so I can see if these things really work! At least now if there is an issue, I feel assured that these guys will step up and take care of it. And let me tell you, having recently completed construction and painting projects utilizing five different companies, that's peace of mind that is hard to come by these days. These guys are the first and only to do the job and respond to issues in a professional and courteous manner; something that I had mistakenly thought every company would (and should!) do. I don't normally give recommendations. I make an exception for the people at Gutter Cover KC because they are exceptional. You will not find another business of its kind like them. The product is excellent and so are the people. Our estimator **** was friendly and courteous, the office staff on the phone - ******* ******* * ********* were always really helpful and the installers got the job done exactly as promised.
