On June 8th, 2023 I received a letter from ****** ******* (Founder of Royal Investment Properties) stating that he had been by my property, and was interested in purchasing the land. I found it odd that he referenced the exact amount of land done to the decimal point. I reviewed my cameras, and he was not on or near my premises. He apparently obtained information online, and lied in his letter to try to acquire purchasing my property. If you view his website he claims his business is built on trust and integrity. He was not truthful in his correspondence. I will not be doing any business with him as a result, and hope he does not mail me anymore unwanted correspondence.

      Good Morning,

I apologize if there was a misunderstanding in the letter we sent Mrs. *********.  We were out looking at property in ******* ****** last month and wanted to reach out to other property owners in that county.  Our letter (attached) indicated that we were in the area. We have no intention of misleading anyone.  We will not enter any property without talking to the property owner and having explicit permission to do so.  We have already removed Mr. and Mrs. ********* from our mailing list and they will receive no further correspondence from us.

      Thank you,

      ****** *******

This company solicited me for my property I am building a home on. I called back and asked to be removed from their list and to cease and desist all contact. This conversation occurred 5/2/22. The next day (5/3/22) my wife received the same text, unbeknownst to me. Today, 5/4/22, my DAUGHTER received the same text. I called the number the text came from and no one answered. I did not leave a message. Instead I looked on line for the business and called the other number and asked to speak with either ****** or ***, the owners of the business. The third party answering service could not transfer me and instead took my name and number for ****** to return my phone call. This business should have not attempted any further attempts to solicit me after I requested to be removed from the list and to cease and desist any further contact. I have received numerous solicitations from several land acquisition companies over the past few years with increasing attempts over the past year. I have spoken with my county assessor about these tactics and how the companies have progressed to soliciting via text on my cellphone. I will be working with my state representative to see that legislation can be implemented so the property records do not include contact information for the privacy and security of residents.

      Business response

Mr. *** had asked to be removed from all correspondence and we immediately processed his request to remove his information from our system on 5/2/2022.  Unfortunately it takes a week for the system to completely clear the information which was the reason for the follow up.  We spoke to Mr. *** again on 5/5/2022 and apologized for any inconvenience and explained the time delay.  Mr. ***** information has been removed and he will not longer receive any type of correspondence from us.
