Absolutely the worst builder! Tricky and dishonest! Do Not Buy from them to save nightmares! We bought their new house and had endless troubles ever since. 1, the house is so badly insulated, it is scorching hot in summer and icy cold in winter, especially the room above the garage. 2, whatever paint they used, the horrible smell lasted forever. We aired out the house for two months before moving in, the chemical fume was still too overwhelming to bear. 3, we could have never imagined a lady bug swamp inside our unfinished basement, where they were millions of lady bugs coming out of nowhere that we had to vacuum them every day. 4, our furnace and pipes were placed in basement, a weird smell would come from the vent when heat/air conditioning was actively running. We checked through the house and it was the smell from the unfinished basement. It was so bad that I had to leave the basement window open whenever I could, which can be a safety problem with my unfenced backyard. 5, we were asked to put extra five thousand by the builder for deposit because of one single change for a $200 overhead range than the default microwave vent. We put our faith on him and later when my agent contacted him for a question, he emailed simply saying he would keep our money and relist the house if we disagree with him. 6, we had one extra gas pipe warning stock which according to my agent, should be removed by builder but for some reason not. We were told to call the gas company to remove the stock and it should be as easy as a snap. We again trusted him, after we moved in, countless calls to the gas company, with different agents, explaining, begging and yelling. They were too busy year round to send some one, it was after a year since we moved in, that they finally sent the crew. We ended up selling this house at a lower price than what we had paid, not to mention the extra cost we spent to make the house more inhabitable, after staying for 5 years.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. For simply leaving a negative review, Robertson Construction LLC will void your limited, 1 year warranty. Mind you this is illegal under the FTC's Consumer Fair Review Act. Yet Robertson will make you sign paperwork saying he can do it. Everything you turn in to his warranty **** will be denied, saying it's not the case of his construction quality. I have caulk failing around the master shower. All my ground lines have cracked in 3 months due to settling (expected). All my baseboards have broken the caulk and are separating from the walls. I could go on and on. Robertson will not fix any of these issues, not even one time like most other builders will. While the homes are beautiful in many cases, you will get zero support from Robertson and even threatened by ***** himself.Review from Mark S

Poor workmanship. Shower drain freezes shut in cold weather, concrete cracked, outdoor trim around window not installed, heat duct in master bath covered with tile. Way too much money for what you get.
