We bought new appliances so we had the old ones taken out and new ones put in. When we bought them, they installed everything except the microwave and dishwasher. I knew ***************** from years ago and he did work for me. We called him and he said he would make it right for us. He came out and could not get in there to connect the hoses to the dishwasher and garbage disposal. They left a hose off the garbage disposal and that night they had to go get a plug from where they live. That night my wife turned on the dishwasher and it flooded the place. My wife took several hours to clean it up, it was a mess. They came back and put in the microwave. They went for the plug the first day they were here. ****, the son of ****, admitted that he disconnected the hose and admitted it was his fault. They never offered to do anything about it. When we got ready to pay them, he said my son will let you know how much it will cost. **** showed up this morning and charged me $455.00 and it should have been done for $150.00. The appliance dealer said it should have been $150.00.I would like for them to pay my wife $155 for all the mess my wife had to clean up)Customer response

My wife ******* had to clean up their mess when they flooded the kitchen and then I got out in my garage and I had a truck load of boxes I had to haul off.
